With sites across Gippsland, and the most affordable room hire rates in the region, we’re perfectly placed to host your meeting or event.
All rooms have climate control and a wifi internet connection available, and our larger rooms can also be equipped with projectors and whiteboards.
Room types
Depending on the location*, we have rooms that are suitable for:
- conducting training
- seminars or forums
- business meetings
- off-site planning / strategy days
- provision of counselling services
- provision of clinical services
- annual general meetings
- day-to-day desk space
*Not all room types are available in all locations.

Room rates
Indicative room hire rates are outlined below. All rates include GST. Your exact costs will depend on the specific room you hire.
Please note, LCHS is a Local Area Coordinator for the National Disability Insurance Scheme. To avoid any perceived conflict of interests, if your organisation is registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme to provide supports to people with a disability, unfortunately we are not allowed to rent you a room.

Administration and meeting support
Additional administration support is available at $35 per hour. Tasks include:
- setting up and packing up training rooms, arranging tables etc
- setting up meeting basics, such as tea and coffee
- photocopying and faxing services
Long-term tenancy arrangements
From time-to-time office space becomes available at our sites that is suitable for a long-term leasing arrangement.
